Because we have various hair types it is hard to recomend one type of hair oil; you will probably have to experiment with a few to learn what works best for your hair.

I can advise though on some good tips to help your hair grow!!

Use daily moisterizers that contain water (very important) (such as hair lotion/ detangler / light creams and stay away from heavy oils/greases that literally weigh your hair down. Oh and NEVER use vaseline!

The most important thing for our hair growth is to keep our hair well moisterized every day. Moisture = growth. the longer your hair gets the more attention you will need to give to your ends. The further away your hair is from your scalp the more moisture it will need.

Be sure to use a good conditioner EVERY TIME you wash your hair. When choosing a conditioner, look for ones that contain some combination of such ingredients as lanolin, cholesterol, sulfonated oil, vegetable oil, proteins and polymers.

Cut your ends (about 1/4 inch) every month or so!

Last year i was detemined to grow my hair that has never grew past my neck all my adult life. I was given these few but IMPORTANT TIPS and now my hair is healthier than ever and past my shoulders (which is alot of length for us)
