American you wouldn't or could understand us or what we believe in or what our culture is. What the bald eagle symbolizes in the Native American culture is that when we are saying our prayers or offering anything up the bald eagle is carrying our prayers to the Creator for us. And that is what the bald eagle symbolizes. Yes the bald eagle is a messenger for us. Not luck but the bald eagle is a messenger for carrying our prayers to the Creator.
