I am tryimg to clean a pair of angel wings. They have been hanging in a room that has been smoked in (a lot). Dust has accumulated at the top. The feathers at the top are the really small, fine kinda fluffy type feathers. I have tried to very carefully use the vacuum hose attachment to get rid of the dust, but I am to affraid to ruin the feathers to get close enough to do a good job. I know that tabacco smoke makes the dust stick to things, so I am guessing the vacuum wouldn't really cut it anyway, but worth a shot.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
i would just gently shake them out and use a bit of febreze on them for the smell or maybe a professional cleaners could help
