how should i decorate my small 50's style bathroom to give it some punch!?
the house i just bought has an original 1950's tiled bathroom with teal/turquoise tiles with black tile trim. the tub is white the walls above the tile are white -
Should I paint or use wallpaper...i just hate the white walls and i cant afford the major overhaul it needs yet...open to your suggestions!

You very fortunate, I watch a lot of hgtv and some of the PINK bathrooms they show are a lot worse. You could go with a gray (check paint swatches) nothing too dark. Accessorize with the black in the towels and picture frames. You could do black, gray, and even a shade of that aqua in the tiles. Hope this has been helpful. Roxanne
