What color do I paint or do I paint my primary (largest) wall if I want a red couch?
My home has ecru colored walls, and golden oak floors. I have always loved and wanted a red sofa. I found a really nice sectional but I dont know if I should paint my primary wall a different color in order for the sofa to blend with the house and what color would be appropriate. My house has a tremendous amount of light - lots and lots of windows, some of which i have covered with the same color top down/bottom up semi-opaque blinds that are the same as the wall color. I did not want to lose the light in the house.
