How to clean outdoor porch wood?
I have a screened in back porch and the rain, dust and pollen cover everything. How best to clean the rough wood surface (stained cedar)?
One thing for certain that will take care of the pollen or mold and mildew after you've cleaned it properly will be a mixture of water and household ammonia. Just use caution not to splash it in your eyes as you would do in other job around your house and it will be fine for the job. Give it time to dry properly and you can stain over it if that is your desire and if it is needed.
