Clearcoat over decals - will it hurt or help?
I want to paint my motorcycle in the colors of a local college football team. I want to decorate it with some team decals but the only kind they make anymore are the removable vinyl cling types. If I put one of those on my tank and sprayed clearcoat over it to help seal it in, will it be ok under the clearcoat or will it peel?
And, yes it's ok as long as I used officially licensed logo materials.
