I get that it can be used as a table decoration (and from the look of it I'm assuming it would be a table decoration in those clothing-optional places where women dance on tables.) However, I don't really get the alternate "you-can-probably-only-wear-these-boots-one-time" aspect.
Basically, they're so crappy that after one use, they're probably trash and should be DISPOSED of unless you like the trashy hooker look.
